During our Production:

Sofia always demonstrated a successful approach in resolving issues: [1]

Basically we don't have a lot problem and issues but when ever we have an issue, mostly is because each one have their own opinions and don't really listen from each other, Sofia always calm us down, listen to all the ideas and help make everything out.

Sofia's efforts had an impact in achieving the common goal: [1]

Sofia not only always tries her best to done her own part but also often help everyone in the group to solving the main problem. 

Sofia demonstrated empathy, by appreciating other team member's position: [1]

All the member in our group always respect each other, we try hard in out all part and just give some help and opinions if other have problem. Sofia done her part so well, I do notice that her redone it few time when ever she feel it not quite perfect. She also recognized other member's work and appreciated them.

Sofia displayed the ability to compromise on issues to ensure that team goals are achieved: [1]

In this part she had shown really good attitudes, she always listen to everybody, gingerly gives her own opinions and avoid controversy. That why even we have some debate but we always quickly agree with each other and focus on our target.
