In the UK, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) regulates all the advertising including TV advert. When you feel an advert offensive in some way, check whether your complaint is covered by the ASA, if it is, submit your complaint online, or telephone, textphone, or write to ASA, the ASA Council will decides whether the Advertising Codes have been breached or not.
In this advert, there are some call centre workers singing with their mouths full of KFC Zinger Crunch salad because "it's just too tasty". I understand why it has so many complains because it showed the bad behaviour so the parent afraid that their children would copy them. But I rather think that it's funny because no one would do that for real, if we really done that in reality we wouldn't laugh at it. According to the BBC News, this advert did not breach industry guidelines, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ruled.
Overall, despite the fact that the advert of KFC Zinger Crunch Salad wasn't be banned by the ASA, this advert have already been cleared by the Broadcast Advertising Clearance Centre
